Our "brand ambassadors" on campus are chosen with great care and nurtured through an induction process which gives them an insight into GSKCH's people, processes and brands. Summer interns work with various project leaders or brand teams on live projects that are either at the drawing board stage or close to implementation. What follows is an exciting journey of translating concepts into practice and seeing them to fruition! Typically, summer interns are expected to make a presentation on their learning and the recommendations on the project to a project guide, a representative from HR and a member of the senior management.

It isn't a surprise at all that a fair chunk of summer interns join us on the completion of their academic curriculum!
